If there is any conflict or inconsistency between this Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and a Professional Services Agreement ("Services Agreement") you have signed with us, the terms outlined in the Services Agreement will take precedence. This policy does not override, alter, or replace any terms of such agreements. The provisions of your Services Agreement with Refrane.ai, including details on services, payment terms, refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment, will govern in case of discrepancies.

At Refrane.ai, we prioritize delivering outstanding service from the outset of our collaboration. Once the Professional Services Agreement is finalized, our team will initiate the outreach program, including tasks such as domain acquisition, email account setup and management, and campaign development, as specified in the agreement. Our aim is to make the process seamless and help you achieve your business goals efficiently and effectively.

Cancellation Policy

We recognize that business needs may evolve. Should you need to cancel our services, we request a written notice at least 30 days in advance to ensure an orderly transition. This notice period allows us to properly wind down activities and conclude services in a way that respects both parties.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services and the effort invested upfront in setting up and managing the outreach program, our refund policy is as follows:

• A 30-day cancellation notice is required, as stated above.
• Refunds are not available for the kickoff fee, monthly service fee, or turnover fee.
• During the notice period, we will address any concerns and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
